It's been a month since this blog was last updated because daddy was too lazy to type and mommy got tied up by work. So what's new?
Two weekends ago, daddy bought a real X'mas tree home to celebrate our first X'mas together as a family. It was a 7-ft tall Douglas Fir from Home Depot. I heard he and mommy were talking about how great of a deal it was, compared to what we saw at the christmas tree farm the day before. Wanna know how it looked like?
Daddy and mommy were very cautious when holding me close to the tree since they knew I would be curious enough to grab and taste everything -- the lights, the pines, the ornaments, etc. Mommy was very excited once the tree was fully decorated. She wanted to take a family picture together in front of the tree but so far she has not had much luck. Well, between a blissfully decorated X'mas tree and a boring black SLR camera, what do you think an 8-month old would choose? It's a no-brainer, right? Anyways because of that, poor mommy could only take a few pictures with me and daddy.
Knowing mommy though, she will not give up that easily. Please stay tuned for the posting of our first family Christmas shot!
